Keep things in perspective. Focus on what the situation is rather than the worst-case scenario.
Shift your focus to things within your control rather than outside your control.
Stay grounded in the present moment.
Talk to loved ones about your worries or concerns.
Connect with family and friends in new ways if you are isolated. Schedule regular check-ins.
Be prepared and develop a personal/family plan for the outbreak.
Schedule positive activities such as: music, exercise, breathing, time outside, journaling, etc.
Take time to renew your spirit in whatever way you choose: prayer, meditation, helping others, etc.
Eat a balanced and nutritious diet.
Get enough sleep.
Try to follow a daily routine with normal bedtime and wake up time. Create structure.
Keep a kind and open heart to others.
